What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things about you between page loads — like that you're logged in, or which currency to show prices in.

How we use them

TicketHub uses cookies for four things: keeping your session alive, attributing affiliate referrals, measuring aggregate usage, and showing ads that keep the platform free. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use TicketHub; its analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can decline at any time.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

Ads are served by Google AdSense after you accept cookies. Google may set third-party cookies or identifiers governed by Google’s own privacy policy. Declining the cookie banner pauses AdSense ad requests.

Your choices

You can disable analytics and advertising cookies from the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, or any time from the Privacy section of your Account page. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled — without them, sign-in and checkout will not work.

Third parties

Our payment processors (PayMongo, GCash) may set their own cookies during checkout, and Google AdSense may set advertising cookies. Their cookie practices are governed by their own policies.
